Last weekend, I made a trip to the farmers' market and way overdid it on green beans. Like way over. I blanched and froze some for Thanksgiving (I feel so accomplished) and have been making them all week.

But this green bean recipe with bacon was a favorite. Not your average saute. I cooked them in Dijon and chicken broth, so they have layers of flavor!
